Shipping

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Shipping within the United States ranges from $4.99 - $14.99 and worldwide shipping ranges from $7.99 -$19.99 based on total cost and weight of the products ordered. Most purchases with standard shipping usually arrive within ten business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items are returnable within 30 days of your receiving them and qualify for a 100% refund, less any shipping charges. If you have a return you would like to make, e-mail us with your name, order number, and title of the item(s) you would like to return. We will send back to you, usually within 3-5 business days, authorization with written return instructions and the returns address that is specific for your return. DO NOT return anything without following this procedure as, again, it will contain specific information and authorization regarding your return. Returns will be accepted only at the address given to you in the return authorization letter. Please allow 10 days for the return to be processed once we receive it.
